Do not bother
What kind of doctor can't schedule a psychical for 3 months. You are really that busy? Just retire then. I have to urgent issues: Alcoholism and High Cholesterol. This doctor gave zero care and just prescribed me medication that makes no sense for me. Find a doctor that actually cares. Who doesn't charge you twice for blood work, when they messed up

The front office staff is very rude and not nice
Older equipment. But the front staff especially Gabby is ridiculous. She should not be the first person you deal. She acts like she knows more than everyone else

Dr Tyler DeJong was kind, thoughtful, thorough and respectful with my 94 year old mother during her visit. He listened to her concerns, and addressed each one. His office staff is very friendly and efficient. We rarely have to wait to be seen.

Dr Tyler DeJong is an excellent Doctor I am so happy and satisfied to have him as my Primary Physician He is a Compassionate Doctor. Very intelligent. and a very nice person Twice he saved my leg from possible amputation if not treated correctly when severe infections showed up on my legs His prompt medical treatment and right medical decisions I credit him for saving my leg. His wonderful staff of Nurses and Receptionist are top notch I couldn't ask for a better team of Professionals and knowledgeable people I'm glad to be a patient I can't say enough about them and the way they always treat me Thank you for your professionalism and your sincere compassion when I call and need your help

I am absolutely disgusted with the medical care, as well as the incompetence of the office staff. As someone who grew up in a family of doctors, I expect more. The staff has horrible communication, both my husband and I have had to constantly be on top of them for both of our needs. Even for something as simple as obtaining medical records. And, Dr T. Dejong’s bedside manner is horrible and dismissive. I have been told his father was good. But, unfortunately it seems he son has taken the occupat
