Solid Healthcare by a provider that listens.
I've been seeing Doctor Fannin for over 10+ years now. She has taken a proactive approach as needed, is often available and her staff is always nice and friendly. She digs deep and will discover issues that you are unaware that you have. While those things make her a great physician/provider, what makes her amongst the best is that she genuinely cares and is empathetic to a person's health whether physical, mental or emotional. I'd highly recommend her practice if you can join it via her current program MDVIP, best money I spend on my healthcare yearly.

I intended to see Fannin temporarily until I got to my prior Dr off waitlist (I moved back to town). I’m not switching back. Dr Fannin found things for which nobody else (incl. specialists) had looked that explain symptoms I’ve had for yrs, & is always looking for innovative, personalized treatments. She even called me while she was on vacation to discuss test results and was available for questions I had the entire time. Can’t say how her staff was before but they’ve been great since 7/2018.

I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes before hand. Was brought to the back 10 minutes after my appointment where I then sat in the room unseen for almost an hr. I came out and asked if the Dr was aware of me being here and the staff said to me that she'll be with me soon. To that I said," you said that almost an hour ago." My second attempt seeing Dr fannin failed due to," her phone being broken." I wouldn't recommend this place or this Dr.

This is quite possibly the most negligent "healthcare" practice in Austin, TX. I've never been more disregarded as a human in my life. They should not be in business and I strongly advise anyone with an actual health issue that needs real attention to look elsewhere! Dr. Fannin ordered an MRI for my lumbar spine in May of 2016. I immediately discovered that I had a major spinal issue that requires pain management and surgery. I have been literally begging for 7 months by calling the office o
