Dr. Tung is not the best, but he's not very bad and actually very helpful. However, his staffs and receptionist are just junk. They don't work with the customers, they don't work for the office, they work on their on wills. Some of them even act like they have the power of control there. Dr. Tung, please read all the reviews (Yelp, Google...) ask yourself why so many people complain about your staffs. If you want to keep your business, you need to replace your staffs

He's inpatient with patient, he was my mom primary doctor before but he didn't fix my mom problem and after we visited him several time he gave us a bad attitude and said "sorry after all the exam there's nothing I can do for you" I mean he is a doctor he can't send patient home without treatment, just let you do few exam and gave u some medicine that it and did fix the problem.

Did not respond to requests for prescription refills for an important medication. Had to call and speak to the secretary, who informed me I they would not refill. I guess I was supposed to guess that, since they didn't communicate with me to inform me as such. Very unwilling to help.
