Wife runs the show, she is a horrible person and the staff follows her lead. Dr has too many patients, way overbooked, very sick people in that office, and treated poorly by that staff.

I needed a vasectomy and Dr. Hong was highly recommended to me. I felt comfortable with Dr. Hong. The surgery went fantastic, better than I expected. It started on time, no waiting. He made sure I was comfortable before getting started and listened and graciously responded to my request for more numbing medication. The recovery was great as well (I iced and rested for two days). On the follow up visit I did wait longer than expected, but I feel this is normal for all doctor offices.

Patient from Visalia – Apr 12, 2021

I’ve had to see this doctor three times and each time I’ve waited for over an hour. The last time I waited for an hour an a half. His waiting room is so full of people that you have to wait outside or in your car. Why he overbooks with no regard for his patients time is beyond disrespectful. I will never be going back to this office or physician. Unless you have all day to wait for a doctor I would definitely not go to this one.

My 88 year old husband was made to wait 2 hours to be seen. When asking an employee if this kind of wait was usual the reply was "well, you can always go somewhere else". The doctor paid scant attention to my husband's treatment, type of medication or condition. We will not be going back to Dr. Tu-hi Hong.

Dr. Hong would probably be a better MD if he didn't try to see 70 patients an hour. For the 2 minutes he'll actually spend with a patient he appears to be pretty knowledgeable. His office staff and wife seemed to be under the impression that they are doctors as well so if you ever call his office expect the staff to be rude and non-compliant.

Horrible experience all they care about is the money, not their patients! His wife is office manager and runs the show the doctor has no say so. I was warned by others not to go due to very rude staff - lesson learned!
