Great doctor
After seeing 2 doctors and none can figure out what's going on Dr Li was able to figure it out in one visit. He was very friendly and took time to listen and understood how I feel. The whole experience with Dr Li and the office staff was excellent.

Dr. Li himself is knowledgeable and thorough in examination and explains things in detail with honesty and setting the right expectations. His administrative staff on the other hand need to be proactive about scheduling and notifications. First I waited almost 1.5 hours; second time I showed up only to be told I was rescheduled and no one told me... That's so far a loss of 4 hours of work.

Dr. Li was great. After visiting 2 other ENTs and getting blown off Dr. Li was the first to take my issues and concerns seriously. After discussion and detailed explanation we made a plan together to address my issues. Dr. Li was accommodating and fit me into his busy schedule when needed. One word of advice is be prepared to wait for a while in the office. Dr. Li does not leave a patient with unanswered questions which can cause him to run late, however, he will do the same for you.
