×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Tran?
Paid $150 for Dr. Tran to ask me 5 general questions. Received an antibiotic prescription with no refill and they told me I have to be seen again in order to get a refill. RIPOFF and unprofessional ! The staff is rude and will roll their eyes at you if you ask a question they don't like. They will cut you off as you try to speak and you will wait 1 hour before being seen. Every time you call, they pick up and ask you to hold. You will be placed on hold for at least 20 minutes. Good luck!
