Dr. Troy Williams, MD

I had a difficult time getting an appointment with my previous OB, they were horrible to me. Luckily I found Dr. Williams on multiple websites with amazing reviews from his staff to him. I explained my situation, how I was pregnant few months prior and baby's heart stopped beating. The staff at my previous OB, are horrible, heartless, no compassion on my prior lost and my concerns to be seen. As soon as I called to request an appointment the gals were amazing, understanding, followed up immediately and scheduled me for the next day. They were clear, transparent on the scheduling process and that he does not deliver. I had my visit with Dr. Williams and he is god sent. I am so blessed to have found him. He was understanding, compassionate, and explained everything to me. He made me feel like no matter what he and his staff are in this together with me, like family and not just another patient. I would not recommend Dr. Williams if you are pregnant. He DOES NOT deliver anymore but will not mention this to you until you are 20 weeks when he says this will be your last appointment with him.

I’m fortunate to have stumbled upon Dr Troy Williams. Menopause is not pleasant. Dr. Williams changed my life by putting me on Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy (NHRT) he also takes insurance which covers bloodwork ultrasound etc. Most Doctors that do NRHT do on cash basis only. He’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and he’s very conservative making safety his main priority his staff is amazing. He found the perfect NH combo for me I have energy,weight loss and happiness again!!!

Where do I start. If we could give Dr. Williams 10 stars we would. After having our first two children at Cedars w/ two different doctors, we weren't sure what office we'd utilize now that we live outside of the city. Luckily, I came across Dr Williams and we are so happy I did. He is the most personable, kind, genuine and accommodating physician we've had the

Bedside manner is fine but do not like his approach of care in terms of follow up, never calls with test results whether bloodwork or imaging, normal or abnormal, does unnecessary tests (which he or his office still won't call when results come in) and makes bill higher. Now i think he is just trying to do as much procedures to make money. Had to call and almost beg for results from April and she said she'd let Dr Williams know to call me too to discuss and he never did. Switched to another OB
