I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are just running this clinic for money purpose. The front desk staff is very rude and don't have any courtesy to talk with patients. Also doctor had ordered test for me and when results came the doctor didnt contact me to discuss result. Instead the doctors office started contacting me to pay the due amount. Actually they had not submitted the claim correctly which caused it to be processed out of network. I contacted my insurance and they asked them to submit corrected paperwork. They then received the payment but did not update the billing portal to show no due amount. Instead they kept ons ending reminders to pay the bill. They are not updating the billing portal and continuously sending me message for payment even though insurance company has paid them. I have just requested the insurance company to sort this out and I am not going to be indulging with them ever again

DEFINITELY AVOID this doctor for USCIS medical exam. The staff here is extremely rude and unhelpful. Reprimanding the patient for their own mistakes. And completely inconsiderate of patients time. Doctor doesn’t seem to care that her staff is so rude. The doctor/staff are in such a hurry to complete the I-693 form that they made multiple mistakes that we had to go back and get corrected (would have resulted in another RFE).
