Dr. Tricia Hilliard, MD

Dr. Hilliard is very knowledgeable and makes sure any referrals to specialists and insurance requirements are taken care of quickly. She is patient and listens to you and then makes quick and accurate decisions to help your child.

I love Dr. Hilliard. she has been my children's dr for about 8 years. My 2 daughters have asthma and other health conditions. when I go with a concern she always listens and I don't feel like she feels annoyed by my request. She is always aware of what's going on and I feel like she knows us on a personal level. It's a 30 min drive to get to the office. If i didn't lover so much I would mlfind someone closer.

Please find a new office. Please. We love you but can not take the wait times and the errors.

Dr. Hilliard is a good doctor. My concern is not with her, it is with her staff, Stacie K. specifically, who botched the location of my pharmacy and was rude about it when I had to come in the next day to fix this error.

We've been there 3 times each time there has been very long wait, Parking is bad, Front office staff seems unorganized. This office is very busy lots of patients coming and going. Hardly anywhere to sit. My experience with her is that she is not personable and will NOT remember anything about your child but a number. She comes in doesn't even familiarize herself with the patient by reading the chart beforehand then calls my daughter a he or all 3 visits which tells me she didn't read her chart.
