A no show. I never say him in the hospital.
Date 05/09/2023 The dischard papers say that I was seen by Dr. Tennyson. That is not true I only saw Dustin Sherman PA. I have no idea what Dr. Tennyson looks like. The PA told us that he went to speak to a doctor about my care. Dr. Tennyson was a no show, Why should I pay for his service? He was not seen by me and my wife does not know what he looks like! I will check the box below. I received treatment from this doctor by way of medical relay. Pa sees doctor ? Pa talks to me.

Worst emergency medicine physician I’ve experienced yet. Discharged me feeling worse than when I arrived and refused to go with my specialist’s requested protocol because he clearly wasn’t trained in it.
