No care
I came to Sinai at the urgent request of my provider based on bloodwork and abnormal bruising that showed up on my abdomin. 8 hours after I arrived, she strolls in for the first time to tell my my CT scan is fine and why did I come? She made me feel unheard, unbelieved, and small. She told me if I’m not dying, the ER can’t help me. Refused further testing and sent me out at 11pm to wait for a ride. She was awful. At least the nurses apologized for her profusely, claiming she must be busy because she’s usually not that bad. I’m disgusted.
