Routine colonscopy

First colonoscopy and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Dr. Wiggins is so nice and his staff is great.

Intake was done by a well versed, professional staff prior to meeting with Dr. Wiggins. Colonoscopy information sheets as well as in-person visit answered all my questions. Day of procedure medical personnel in the endoscopy/colonoscopy center were all exceptional. Great team environment. Very impressed with the group & Dr. Wiggins.

I tried to be proactive from the start and would call and ask about bills and what I owed. I was told that I wouldn't owe anymore but 4 days later got a bill for $4k and was told that it didn't matter what I was told, I signed the paper that stated I would pay what I owed. They told me that the phone calls were recorded but when I asked them to go back and listen to that call I got excuses and asked what good would that do. They told me again after I just paid $2k that I won't owe any more but I just don't trust them. Plus they told me to find another Dr. isn't that nice? Question all billing from this place. The billing department is really difficult to get ahold of and when you do there is an attitude when you question them. I wasn't rude to them either. Dr. Wiggins on follow up told me I didn't have an hiatal hernia after all but then called me back as I was walking to the car to tell me I did have one after all. I just don't trust them.

I have never seen him. I need, really need to speak with him but office will not comply. And surprise...Im one of his patients. Does he exist?

During my visit Dr. Wiggins was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk with me and answered all my questions. Their facilities are up to date and nice. It was a good experience

Awful. I nevera actually saw Dr Wiggins. Don’t know if he is good, average or bad. But the office is a disaster. Scheduling is a nightmare. You can not get thru and have to be endless minutes on waiting and listening to recordings. When I finally got an appointment (3 weeks after my call), they called and said it had to be postponed. When I got guru and aske “when”...they said they had t9 move it till May 1st( a month after my original one). Very dissapointing. There are serious issues w/office.

Dr. Wiggins is awesome Andy his PA’s Andrew and Justin are also great medical professionals! I have been seeing them for over a year and highly recommend them!!!

I absolutely love this man!! I have been battling hard these last 3 years with my crohns and he has been by my side the whole time. Even referring my to Mayo Clinic to try to help me!! I have been in the hospital A LOT and he always does everything he can to help me!

Very nice doctor and staff

Dr Wiggins is very professional but also very kind. I Had a basic procedure with him, which went really well. I was nervous about the results but he explained everything with patience and let me answer my 101 questions without batting an eyelash. I think that is very rare these days with doctors sometimes being too rushed and busy to connect to their patients and really listen to them. DR Wiggins listened to me and that calmed me down and made the experience a lot less stressful. Thanks, Dr W!

Dr. Wiggins and his staff do not care about their patients. I went to Dr. Wiggins and he told me he had no issue continuing my current medications. He requested that I get a colonoscopy done through his facility, however the facility was out of network and would not be covered. I was out of medication and desperately needed it as it makes everyday life possible. They refused to continue my medication, even for a month while I found another provider. This is by far the worst doctor I've ever seen
