Horrible doctor
I went to the ER about 3am because I was very sick and wanted to get an antibiotic so I could go to work at 8am. When I first got there the nurse came in (wish I remembered her name, horrific nurse) I had a coke zero I grabbed from my fridge on the way there and she walked in and said 'well you can't be that sick if you're drinking that'. Dr. Devader came in with her, both had their arms folded across their chest, he didn't examine me, they both left and never saw them. Then an hour or so later, that nurse came in and said I'm fine I'm going home. A tech came in to take me to the bathroom, one of the monitors had been beeping for about an hour and he said I need to go talk to your doctor. Long story short, my oxygen was 74, then all heck broke loose, the hospitalist came in and said you have to be hospitalized or you will die. I have asthma and I had the metapneumo virus. I told Dr. Devader 'I told you I was sick' and he just shook his head, like he felt so bad. HORRIFIC!

My son went to the ER with a compound fracture to his T12 vertebrae. DeVader ignored him, literally stood at the nurses desk discussing weather, for 20 minutes. When he finally came into the room my son slapped the bed, out of sheer pain, and DeVader walked of the room calling for security. The nurses were flabbergasted. The head nurse finally got another doctor who gave my son pain medicine and admitted him. I’ve heard horror stories about some doctors but always considered them to be exaggerations—until now.
