I have been w/Dr. Phillips for over 20 years Dr. Phillips was a pharmacist before he ever became a D.O. He's one of the best doctors that I have ever been to because he knows how to find a combo of meds to treat all of my health care needs & will refer you to a specialist that he personally has had experience with or knows well, not just somebody he chose out of the phone book.I see Dr. Phillip's Redfield sattellite office. I am a nurse & a patient, wouldn't switch my Dr for any amt. of money.

Dr. Tracy Phillips is by far the finest physician in the city of Jacksonville let alone the state of Arkansas. My entire family has been treated by Dr. Phillips for many years with the utmost care. He along with his entire staff are very professional and efficient. I would highly recommended.

I have been a nkpatient of dr.Phillips for over 12 years.he has. always treated me very good.all of his staff is very very nice and very professional. I think some of the other statements were made up.

Yelling and screaming at a gas pump about how much you made last year and how many taxes you had to pay. shows poor professionalism and explains why my husband was neglected and mistreated at your office. people see you in public and that reflects your character... shame on you

Can't get anyone to answere phones it's constantly busy or just rings off the hook takes days to get through, Staff can be very rude and unemotional. although I care for Dr. Phillips I have a very hard time to get in to see him, very long wait times in waiting rooms and then when you finally do make it back it's another long time, I consider my time valuable to me! I believe he is way over booked! I'm changing Doc's. I sure like Dr. Phillips though! Mabey new staff???

Horribleeeeee please do not go to this practice it took them a whole month to give me my blood work results. I still had to call them to get the results it probably would've went longer than a month. So please Do Not. I Repeat Do Not. Go to this practice !!!!!
