I have been a patient of Dr. Muhammad for over a year, and the 1st thing she done was to order me a nicotine addiction aid. And I can say that after a few weeks of the aid; I can tell you that I feel better in so many ways. I am expecting to live longer. And that's not even the best she has done for me. She had me tested for Hep-C and I came back positive, and she had medication ordered for me and now I'm completely cured of the Hep-C. I've never had a more caring and compassionate Dr.EVER!

love Dr. Muhammad. Always willing to talk to me, take her time to check me and follow up on how I feel. She cares, and has a great sense of humor. Good Job Dr. Mohammad, keep up the great work. I recommender her.

Shows no concern for you.. makes you feel uncomfortable. Lack of communication. Very neglectful. Not personal at all. Been with her about 3 years and it's just gets worse.

The rudest most negligent doctor I have ever experienced. Every acute situation I had in the three years was dealt by an immediate care facility during normal office hours. Never a follow up on my condition and little of knowledge of my progress.

I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years. 1st 2 drs are no longer there. Never had problem till this dr. Every month for the last 6 months of her being my dr I've had problems picking up my Rx. This Fri. The rude receptionist told me not to bother calling back they would call me, 4:45 p.m. I had to call they told me it was ready. On my way I got a call stating they needed urine sample first I said okay I'm on my way they stated sorry we're closing! I am out all weekend w/out Rx! Y?

I was a patient of Dr. Muhammad's for about 5 years. She treated my entire family. I confided that I had been in ROSECRANCE and I have been clean for 3 years. After I told her that, she treated me very poorly. She acted as if I was a nuisance. I was ill for 3 weeks starting it was a virus. One day she flat out refused to see me. I went to the convenient care clinic and I was diagnosed with a sinus and ear infection. She does not follow thru with referrals, and is just rude...Avoid her...

I saw her for a physical exam, supposedly covered by my plan for free, but her poor communication turned my visit into some money-making event for all the radiology doctors at RMH and Rockford Physician. I am pissed!!!

My husband saw Dr Muhammad for a few years. He had the same issue that another reviewer her never making eye contact. Then earlier this year he was notified that he would have to take a urine test for nearly all medications. He has since transferred to another doctor and was told that Dr Muhammad has probably been put on some kind of probation to monitor her prescribing habits because of over medicating patients. And we had to pay for those urine tests as we have a high deductible!!

She is one of the worst doctors I have ever gone to. Poor communication, lack of concern, does not listen to the patient and would not even look me in the eye when talking. Her nurse, Trina, does not follow through when she says she will do something, and is not caring at all! They also do not work well with insurance companies...sending me twice as far as I needed to travel and to a place that charges much more than necessary for testing. After my only visit to her I sat in my car and cried
