Kind, caring, attentive, courteous. This practice makes me feel like I'm part of the family! It feels like my well being is of the utmost importance to them. Excellent doctor and staff!

I had an appointment at 7:45am. The night before the appointment, I received a texted telling me my appointment time was 8:10. I arrived at 8:00 am. I was told, quite rudely, that I was late for my appointment and I would need to reschedule. I showed them the text on the phone. I was told by the office manager, that I was told on the phone my appointment time and it didn't matter that I received a text changing the appointment time.
