Dr. Temmen is a true professional who consults with her patients to help them achieve the most realistic surgical outcomes. She explains the pros and cons associated with each procedure to help patients make the best decisions for them. I had to choose a surgeon and I did lots of research and I chose Dr. Temmen. Well, I found who in my opinion was and is the most qualified, empathetic, devoted, caring, understanding, and professional surgeon, Dr. Temmen As a physician myself, I am delighted to wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Temmen and her team. I had a lot of excess skin from weight loss. For 25 years, I was at least 100 pounds overweight. I maxed out at 300 pounds. After finding a 12-step program for food addiction, I lost 140 pounds and have been maintaining a weight of 145 pounds for over 4 years now. I waited until my skin had time to retract, but 25 years of stretched skin could only retract so much. I wanted to show the amazing work but was too self-conscious in my extra skin to wear a baiting suit, let alone a bikini! After researching multiple practices and costs, I consulted with Dr Temmen in March of 2023. She was professional but down to earth and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or pushed. I have multiple areas I would like enhanced...arms, legs, butt etc. I decided during our consultation to start with a tummy tuck, breast lift and fat transfer from abdomen to breasts. BEST decision I ever made! Her staff is amazing, and I felt cared for and treated as family. So happy with my results!

Dr Temmen changed me life! I have never been confident in my own skin, but Dr. Temmen helped me change that! She is so attentive and caring. Of course she is a phenomenal surgeon. Dr. Temmen is a very honest, knowledgeable and caring surgeon. She is honest about what she can deliver. Excellent bed side manners and really loves her profession. This was my first surgery and as soon as I spoke to her I knew she was the right surgeon for the task. She shows interest in what you desire but at the same time she’s realistic and honest about the outcome. Her staff is amazing! Wonderful, friendly and always willing to help in any way! I never thought I would get plastic surgery, but I met Dr. Temmen when she performed a procedure on a friend. When I went in for my first appointment, I was so nervous. The second Dr. Temmen entered the room I was at ease. She was totally focused on my goals and how she could help me. My surgery went great, thanks to Dr. Temmen and Erica. I knew after my 1st appointment that I had made the right decision with Dr. Traci Temmen to do my breast reduction in 2021. I was looking for 3 qualities in my plastic surgeon. 1. A surgeon who would listen to the reason I was there and the surgery results that I wanted. 2. One of the top surgeons in their field who had great reviews. 3. Her goal was not only the physical results but also the life impact which was above and beyond what I had expected or experienced with any other surgeon I had interviewed. I LOVE TRACI TEMMEN, AWESOME PLASTIC SURGEON!!! I researched 4 other doctors before meeting Traci. The other doctors were male (which that doesn't bother me) but seemed to already have an idea of what "they" wanted to do to me - not always agreeing with my wishes. I have wanted to do this for over 10 years but life was getting in the way. Finally I decided it was time and I did very much research on the down time, the recovery time, the entire procedures involved and the pain to expect. This helped immensely because I was so prepared for the post surgery experience. Traci and her staff answered all of my questions to help me prepare and know what I needed for day of surgery as well as after care. The overall experience was better than I expected. The first 2-3 days were hardest as I had read and been told by her staff, but after that it was all down hill. She is so talented, she is very detailed and professional, and she is super sweet. Recovery was no easy "walk in the park," but that is totally expected, but with a good support system at home and amazing Dr and staff, you will do just great. I went to Dr. Temmen to get a breast argumentation with fat transfer from my trunk. I had a positive experience and was well informed. The staff was kind. The communication before and after the procedure was great. Dr.Temmen made sure all my questions I may have where answered each time we spoke. For my procedure I was asked my expectation and look I wanted to achieve. I wanted more fullness towards the middle of the breast. I am still recovering and with the expected decrease of fat after the procedure I still have a more noticeable cleavage I am satisfied with. I am also happy with my lipo and as the swelling goes down my body appears to have more of a shape. I look forward to seeing the results after I fully recover and will share. I also like to add I was informed well how to take of myself during recovery. I met with the staff through the week following however so I did not have any concerns. All the tips helpful and I’m happy with the recovery garment, bra and socks I received.

I had implant removal and fat transfer and lift done for reconstruction. It has been 6 weeks and let me say. Traci Temmens done excellent job ! They are even and exactly like I had hoped for ! She is kind , and attentive. The staff guided me week by week recovering reassuring me and they were right. I cannot give t Traci Temmens enough stars !! Her prices are the best you will find too. I done my shopping. Highly recommend !

After three years of contemplating on getting lipo and a bbl I finally found the doctor for me. I felt so comfortable with Traci and her staff from the initial consultation. I had my surgery a week ago and already am so happy with the results I’m seeing. I would recommend Traci to anyone who is looking for a board certified, caring, doctor who listens to what you want and brings your vision to life.

After 30+ years with the same breast augmentation it was time to remove. Most doctors want to just remove and replace but Dr. Temmen recognized right away that was not the way I wanted to go. She recommended removal and fat transfer. She and the staff also recognized that I was very nervous and unsure but they put me at ease. It has been three months since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel much more like myself and l look great! I highly recommend Dr. Traci Temmen if you are considering surgery.
