Dr. Tracey Wallace, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Wallace for 20 years. He has always been so caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when I see him.

My experience has been with his PA, Maya Mehta. Do not agree to see her, she has no business treating patients.

He’s so nice and he seems like he cares about you. hie has human condition.

Dr Wallace has a very poor track record refilling prescriptiona in a timely manner.

Had problems with severe facial irritation from wearing masks while traveling (lips splitting, leaving scars, etc). Dr Wallace acknowledged the problem and prescribed 4000 mg daily dose of valtrex. I had an upcoming trip and asked if I could get a medical waiver to avoid wearing a mask on that trip. Dr said to try the valtrex first and he'd consider the waiver. So I tried the valtrex but continued to have facial problems from wearing masks. I called back and explained the situation, and Dr Wallace told me he would not give me a waiver for the trip because he was worried other people might get sick. I am a reasonable person and am willing to self isolate and take a covid test right before my trip to assure I'm not spreading anything, but Dr Wallace was not interested. I am changing doctors. My doctor needs to be focused primarily on MY health, not on the health of people who aren't his patients.

I’ve been going to Dr Wallace for over 20 yrs. I’ve recommended him to many of my friends. He’s very thorough & kind hearted. He cares??

I went to visit Dr Wallace in January for a physical. They do all the bloodwork and everything right there in the office. The staff is really nice. Dr Wallace explains everything to you and is very thorough. Had a great experience and will be using him as my primary care doctor going forward.

I thought that I would give some feedback from a visit that I had there today. Thinking that being a known facility, I went into the office today for exam from being sick. I met with the PA and he was really nice, approachable and listened. I felt some better that he was understanding of what my symptoms were and how he proceeded to treat them. This was at 10 am. I had another appointment with an ENT at 1:30 pm, so I went to the pharmacy around 5:15 to find out there had been NO PRESCRIP

Dr, Wallace is the best family practice doctor in Atlanta! He is caring, questioning and thorough.

Dr. Wallace is extremely professional! I've been seeing him for the past 4 years or so. I've seen other physicians in my lifetime who I personally had a difficult time establishing rapport with. Dr. Wallace has complemented me for my weight loss, but has never criticized me for my weight issues. I really like him!
