Dr. Tracey Trgovac, MD

Dr. Trgovac is excellent. My normal COPC was unavailable, but Dr. Trgovac was a great substitute. She did a thorough exam, ordered a blood analysis and provided an antibiotic in the event it was required as I was leaving town the next day. She even provided an analysis of the blood draw at 8:30 that evening

I did not have to wait long at all in general waiting room nor a very long time in exam room. The nurse/medical assistant was efficient & cheerful (Sorry I can’t recall her name- perhaps Kim?). Dr Trgovac is impressive. She takes a very direct approach & explains the medical conditions & the methods of resolution ( type of prescription drugs & why they were used). The exam for respiratory infection was thorough. She advised me on how to use my inhaler to greater benefit should I have future respiratory incidents. I was seen on the same day as I called for appointment. If Dr. Trgovac were not working at the same day COPC clinic, I would be honored to be her regular patient for lifetime care. She’s REAL asset to COPC.

I went to the Same Day Clinic for pain and swelling in my right foot. Dr. Trgovac was very thorough. She took X-rays , ordered blood work and provided me with detailed information regarding possibilities of what could be causing my condition. She ordered a prescription to help reduce the swelling and printed out the document on the medical condition. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and that she actually took time to listen to my concerns.

Dr. Trgovac took the time to listen and engage in a conversation, addressing my questions and providing me with the care I needed.

I was having some abdominal pain and was seen by Dr.Trgovac she seemed very concerned and address all my issues in a timely manner.

I saw Dr. Trgovac at COPC Same Day clinic on Monday Feb. 13, 2023, about a leg injury. I began to ask her a question about another health issue, and before I could get anything out she abruptly interrupted me and said "I don't do while I'm heres." I was shocked to be so angrily interrupted and frankly could not understand what she was even saying. She went on to repeat two more times very rudely "I don't do while I'm heres." I then realized I was being scolded for asking another question about my health. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I did nothing to warrant disrespect. She then went on to lecture me about how many patients she has to see every day, she only has time for one problem per patient. In that time, she could have at least listened and politely told me to see my primary care doctor about it. I was left wondering "what if" I had been experiencing something really severe like chest pain or numbness in my arm. Not listening and addressing that could do harm.

Dr. Trgovac throughly explained the "what" and "why" of my respiratory disorder. She stopped to ask me if I understood, and when I had questions, she went into greater detail to help me connect the information to the various remedies. She then looked at my history with Dr. Barnett and explained why she was recommending the inhaler, prednisone and Azithromycin so I can feel better and be safe around other people. She throughly explained what each medication can do for my illness. Wow, this was time consuming and I so appreciate feeling comfortable and knowledgeable regarding the drugs I'm using! As I said in my title, Dr. Trygovac is top notch!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. No rushing. But took their time with me. Very helpful and thorough in checking my wound. I would definitely go back again if my doctor isn't available.

Took care of my ear pain issue quickly and effectively.

She was a little late for the appointment but she was pleasant and appears to have provided an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
