Dr’s lack of soft skills marred our appt.
Our initial interactions with Dr Howson had a negative impact on the appointment. Dr. Howson seems capable but lacking in soft skills. When we inquired about not seeing a Dr after waiting 30 minutes Dr. Howson suggested that our inquiry contributed to the delay and then encouraged me to cancel my son's appointment. It felt a bit out of alignment with the Hippocratic oath.
