My son and I drove 80 miles to get his deviated septum evaluated. We mistakenly drove to the Bellevue office for the 7:30am appointment, instead of going to the Issaquah location. The office staff and Dr. Duong were kind enough to still fit us into his schedule a few hours later, which we were grateful for. Dr. Duong heard our concerns, gave my son and his nose a comprehensive evaluation, and made some recommendations and a referral to his one of his colleagues. We were very impressed with the entire team's kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Duong and team, and front office staff!

My tonsillectomy went very smoothly and I woke up from anesthesia just an hour or so after going to sleep. Dr. Duong was very kind and was very helpful especially with the pre-op appointments. Very good doctor, and if I still had my tonsils I would go back to see him again anytime.

Due to the scheduler not arranging for a hearing test ahead of the doctor's visit, I had to re-schedule the appointment and wait another 2 months. To avoid wasting everyone's time, including the doctor's, better coordination and training within the office is recommended.
