My young daughter had to be seen. The wait time was extremely long but well worth it in my opinion. Dr. Chuang was very nice and personable. My daughter was nervous and he made her laugh and talked with her like old friends. He explained things in a manner anyone could understand. He made sure that all of our questions had been answered and then he walked us to check out. Overall I was very impressed!

Dr. Chuang was absolutely wonderful! He is always happy and answered all questions, etc. My son said to him during the consultation, I really like you! He made us feel comfortable! His staff were wonderful also! We did wait a bit..but not long...to see him but everyone is scheduled at same time and they go from there! This is what people don't understand about Dr's offices! ALWAYS plan to wait! I would definitely recommend Dr. Chuang

Service was poor...knowledge questionable...Dr Chuang does not care about patients...certainly better options availability...be prepared to wait because he does care about your time.

They requested I arrive 15 minutes before appointment. I did. Nurse called my name 35 minutes after scheduled time. I asked how long before being seen, was told staff didn't know, Dr. was with another patient. If I had to wait another 10 minutes, I would have been there 60 minutes after my arrival time. I asked to reschedule, for first appointment of a day. They couldn't guarantee I'd be seen w/in 10 minutes of scheduled time for FIRST appointment of day. Not acceptable. Went elsewhere.
