Dr. Tony Pham, MD

I originally came to him, I was told he is the boob enhancement guru. I was met with him for a few years before making my final decision. He had me under general anesthesia. I got a breast augmentation under the muscle. He seemed very confident to enhance me to his suggestion. I did everything he told me pre and post op and still developed a capsular contracture shortly after healing that was finalized a year after the procedure. I returned to Tony after the procedure twice, the first time was taking the stitches out and the second time was to talk about these concerns. He felt them and said they aren’t that bad and said he could fix one breast for 3k, both for 3,500 or take out both for 3k. I am yet to afford fixing them but I did not have asymmetry so I do now and they are also too big. I wanted 300 ccs and he insisted on 450cc because of my proportions. It was I believe why I developed the contracture was from the skin being overstretched and I have a bottoming out from that breast.

I developed capsular contracture right after breast augmentation and he didnt seem too concerned about it. He just told me to keep massaging it. He does not know how to deal with any complications at all. He is not the best doctor, so please be careful and do your research before making a decision. I just read another review who had the same experience as me.

Let me just say he has finally given me the breasts I always dreamed of! After two breast surgeries and having chosen the wrong implant type, he has been the most thourough any plastic surgeon has ever done. He explained every detail nd explained all my options! He personally called me everyday post op to give me instructions!
