I called to get my wife in for an exam after being taken to ER in an ambulance. We waited all day for a return call. Never a call back....or the next day for that matter. We got in at Virginia Mason Seattle the next day. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and just make the drive, you’ll be glad you did.

Waited for an hour before I was seen by the doctor. He did not listen to me and my concerns, discounted other doctors diagnosis and very rude

I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before I saw the doctor. Then he spent less than 5 minutes with me. All he did was prescribe drugs, telling me "My job is to push drugs at you." Very disappointed.

Very Knowledgeable, thorough, and likeable doc. Not the corporate mentality at all. Explains things well. I think that he would be a great teacher. Highly recommend for anyone considering spinal surgery before going under the knife. Actually Looking forward to learn more from my next visit.

Dr. Lee truly cares about me as his patient! He spends time addressing my needs and concerns and coming up with a realistic and appropriate treatment plan. I appreciate that I'm not treated like just a number and rushed in and out quickly. He listens and cares and doesn't talk down to me. I proudly trust him Dr. Lee with my healthcare needs and highly recommend him!

I would definately recommend Dr Lee to others. He makes you feel at home and like he is a friend you just have not seen for awhile. He is understanding and compasionate to the patients condition. He is clear and uses vocabulary that a layman could understand allowing for a better outcome when making important decisions.
