Incredibly rude and dismissive
During my annual well woman exam years ago, Dr. Morrissey could not have been more rude or dismissive. Having experienced severe dryness vaginally, dermatologically, and ocularly, I typed up a concise document to highlight what I'd been experiencing in that year. This was not an article that I found online, it was information regarding my body. When I held it out for her she stood completely still and refused to take it. Even after I informed her that it was created to make my appointment more streamlined while still meeting the objective of addressing my physical health, she refused to look at it. So I read it out to her including my queries as to whether any of the non-vaginal drying might be related to perimenopause. She dismissively replied 'of course they're not related' yet I've since confirmed with other MDs that they are, in fact, very common during perimenopause. Find a doctor who is willing to work with you regarding your health. It's why you're there. She isn't that doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Morrissey for about a year now and I've had the same health problem for the entire time I've been seeing her. Each time I tell her of my symptoms I feel as if she rushes me and tries to tell me that I'm fine. I don't feel like she really listens to what I'm saying and is just waiting for me to stop talking so that she can say what she wants. The office and staff are friendly and very clean. I just don't feel as if I got the proper care.

Dr. Morrissey is perfectly nice but the people working in her office are idiots. I have had multiple appointments cancelled, issues with insurance that they were the source of they are generally very rude.

Dr Morrissey spent much of her time during my prenatal visits talking about herself and her life and not addressing my healthcare concerns or questions. She also missed a health condition I had (I believe it was missed because she did not follow proper protocol) resulting in a hospital stay and my unborn child's health being put at risk. I would not recommend her for prenatal care.
