Surgeon, Dr. Ma did not take the time to talk to patients family waiting in family waiting room after a biopsy procedure. Just left message with hospital post op nurse to schedule a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Left family members feeling even more anxious by providing zero information about what was done or encountered during the surgery.

Dr Ma has exceptional bedside manners and a great surgeon. He explained my condition in detail and answered all my questions. Not to mention, he was easy to talk to. I truly believe he genuinely cares about his patients. Also, I was able to get follow up appointment quickly and without any issues. The office staff was very friendly and professional. Lori, his medical assistant, is phenomenal. She completed my FMLA paperwork on my very first visit. She was always available if I had questions or concerns. If it was something she had to address with Dr Ma, she would do so and call me back within a reasonable amount of time. I was relieved to know that if I had an issue or just a question, it would be handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr Ma.

Dr. Ma is very rude and unprofessional. My doctor sent me in for a consultation and he totally disregarded her request and the imaging reports. He acted as if my evaluation was a bother to him and has zero bedside manner.
