Great family doctor
I've been going to Dr. Jakstys for over 15 years. Dr. Tom and his staff are great. During a routine physical Dr. Jakstys found that I had a hernia, and he recommended that I see a surgeon - Dr. Richard Mason. Dr. Mason is a great surgeon. Dr. Jakstys and Dr. Mason are a great pair of doctors in the Yorkville / Sandwich area.

He cares about his patients. he really is genuine and talks to you my blood pressure is through the roof when i first get there and he always calms me down !!

TOP NOTCH, compassionate doctor - great listener!
Dr. Tom is a great doctor because he listens and follows up. He never seems rushed, is very thorough and somehow manages to always stay on time. I really couldn't ask for a better primary care physician - thank you!

Caring Intelligence
Dr. Jakstys is the perfect combination of caring and intelligent. He listens and provides excellent medical care. Our entire family (7 kids) have seen him for over 10 years. I have zero complaints.

Easy going, complete medical care
My whole family is comfortable seeing Dr. Jakstys. He will listen, give complete medical care yet not be pushy. The staff is also wonderful. They are friendly in person and on the phone. They are also attentive to your chart. During my last visit, they noticed I had an imaging appointment that day at another facility. They had an opening and could handle it while I waited for my husband. They took care of switching the appointment and I was done in no time!
