Dr. Tolga Suvar, MD

I am a person with a back issue caused by a lifetime of athletics. As a professor, I tend to thoroughly research everything with this issue being no exception. When literally every medical expert I consulted referred me to Dr. Suvar I knew he was the right guy, and I was not disappointed. After all, it is clear to me that he is the “doctor’s doctor.” In my initial consult he took plenty of time, in fact, all the time I wanted to discuss my situation. Bedside manner was compassionate. His confidence in what needed to be done and his ability to affect such was presented in a very humble manner. I left the consult knowing I on was on the right track with the right expert. The spinal epidural unfolded precisely as he represented and to date is working miracles, a description which will make this humble doctor cringe, but it is appropriate. This is a man I will keep close to my side as this athlete ages. Thank you, Dr. Suvar, you are the standard by which others should be judged.

Dr. Suvar helped me with an acute knee injury that I was having a tough time with. After physical therapy and conservative measures, it was not resolving. I then reached out to him, he diagnosed the problem and then performed a relatively quick procedure in-office to help it out. I have now regained almost full function and resolution of pain. Being a CPP I personally know the importance of treating an acute injury in a timely manner so as to prevent it from transitioning into a chronic issue. Dr. Suvar was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and most importantly, diligent about getting this particular problem fixed. I would recommend him. -Ronnie Harmon

Dr. Tolga Suvar is the best anesthesiologist I've ever been to. He explains procedures thoroughly before hand so there are no surprises. I'm very nervous pre-surgery, because I don't like needles, and he made my pre and post surgery experience extremely comfortable.
