I arrived early, no wait time at all, got called to triage area right away even before my scheduled appointment time. Every staff I met was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Weiss is super nice, professional and very helpful in explaining my condition and treatment options. I couldn't be happier with my visit to this clinic.

The Best Ear, Nose & Throat Care I've Received
What a blessing to find Dr. Weiss and his staff. I finally received the attention, treatment and help for my problem after putting up with the uncaring, unprofessional behavior and rudeness of the women in the office that I received at Ear, Nose and Throat Associates for years. Dr. Weiss listened to me and was easy to talk to. And, his staff welcomed me, were kind and professional, and they were attentive and all smiles. All in all, a pleasant visit and experience. Dr. Weiss is my new Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF! CARRIE WAS SUPER BELLIGERENT. I QUESTION THIS DOCTOR'S COMPETENCE IN ALLOWING HIS STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE SEEKING CARE THE WAY THEY DO.

The office staff is unpleasant, unorganized and unprofessional. Was told to wait, then come back, then I would get a call, then a call the next morning, just a poorly managed office. The ladies in the office can’t even organize themselves, so there is no way I would trust them with my health and more specifically my hearing.

Dr. Weiss is great but because of the office staff and billing department we will not be going back to Dr. Weiss. If you end up choosing Dr. Weiss be sure to keep intricate and detailed notes on how much you pay them, how much they are supposed to bill you through insurance, and keep close tabs on the refund amounts that you are due! I cannot stress this enough, they will hang on to your refund for as long as possible! It was a constant battle to have them issue refunds for over charging us on

I just left Dr Weiss' office and I have to say it was such a pleasant experience! I had not been to this clinic before but the second I walked into the office I was greeted with the largest smile from all three people in reception!!! You don't find that often! You don't find that often in CC. Dr Weiss was soft spoken and explained my X-ray results, treatments and solutions! Totally impressed with this practice!

He didn't pay attention to my illnesses. He's pretty ignorant and unprofessional. I would never recommend him to NOBODY! He needs to get reported to the medical board. No business in this profession. He only cares for the money not his patients. He has an obligation to Spohn Health to care for patients. He's made an oath to nothing. ????

I've been waiting several months to see doctor wise the day of my appointment I was running a few minutes behind so I called to let there office know they said as long as I could be there by 8:30 that would be fine, I walked in at 8:31 & they refused to see me after being extremely ill as a business owner myself i would never do that to my customers they also refused to let me leave a note or message for the doctor in any form, this was very frustrating especially coming from out of town

Excellent care, excellent staff. Very knowledgeable, very patient in explaining procedures and outcomes. Put us at ease when faced with a medical issue, explained the treatment in language we could understand, then followed up once the procedure was complete.

After some serious test results my PCP called Dr. Weiss personally, and even though it was late on a Friday, Dr. Weiss immediately consulted on my results, ordered meds and tests, and somehow fit me in for an appt days later (ENTs are booked for months ahead here). He. Is. The Nicest. Man. So kind and reassuring, really listened, made sure I understood what was going on. No long waiting in the exam room, either, and test results immediately available. Office staff so nice, too!
