Dr. Todd Soifer, MD

A patient since 1997, need I say more, yes you may have to wait a little. but great care takes time.

I have been coming to Dr. Soiffer for several years now for various problems. He quickly assesses the problem with an x-ray and check of the problem area. Then he knows whether to refer me for an MRI and/or physical therapy. So far, I have needed no surgeries, thankfully! I did get steroid injections to help the healing on more than one occasion. That said, I would recommend him.

Dr Soifer is extremely qualified, competent, an excellent diagnostician and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He takes a conservative approach unlike other doctors who would have you book a procedure on the spot. I recommend him highly.

He spent 34 seconds hearing my issue and then ordered an X-ray and MRI. Barely listened to my concerns before ordering MRI.

The doctor is great, his staff is DISGUSTING!!!!!! The answering services person they have now named Don, is horrible. He yelled at my mom and said “you people”. I spoke rather calmly to him and he still would not let me get a word in. My mother has been trying to get a 5 question paper filled out regarding her disability and they never called her back (PAULA), despite leaving several messages. Her insurance is about to get cut off and still nothing. I am so shock by the behavior of this staff, they need to get rid of Don from their answering service. Just despicable.

Dr. Soifer is knowledgeable and has a very pleasant manner. He is very caring and was able to explain the reasons for my back and knee pains and what I could do to help alleviate them via exercises and medication. When I forgot to ask him something, I was asked to wait till he was done with the patient he was seeing at the moment, but he came right out to me afterward and addressed all my concerns.

I thought he was actually quite. I was very impressed with his diagnosis and seemed extremely knowledgeable. His explanations were to the point and sounded very professional. His ‘bed side’ manner was excellent ! Overall, He made an excellent impression on me and his staff members were also quite nice!

He likes taking temper tantrums for everything that DOESN'T go his way. He thinks hes the chief of the orthopedic surgery department, but hes not anything more than a 2 month old boy, who needs to get what he wants when he wants it. NEWS FLASH SOIFER, THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENS IN LIFE!

The doctor may be good, but his staff quite frankly stinks. The staff is rude and incompetent. I would avoid this doctor.

The doctor and his staff were great; I went there with a broken wrist at the urging of my neighbor and was very pleased with the treatment and outcome; only the wait was tedious.

Seemed knowledgable, average patient rapport; he's good enough-but worth getting a second opinion for complex issues.
