Everyone one was very pleasant and acommodating in the beginning the follow up was a nightmare. Even though Dr. Snyder promised phone follow up since my daughter was away at school, this never happened. Dr. Snyder is unavailable and you only have contact with the PA who is not very helpful. I'm not even certain Dr. Snyder was getting messages.

Terrible Follow up and Customer Service – Oct 11, 2021

My daughter has been having issues recently with stomach pain along with bouts of diarrhea and constipation. We sought help with Dr Todd Snyder. After recommending both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, we hoped to find out what was wrong with my daughter. After not receiving any notification of her results(they were to be sent by letter within 10 days), we called the office and left a message with his nurse, but never received a callback. After two more attempts to reach the doctor, my daughter was able to get an appointment to see if we could get her results in person. After his nurse led my 18yr old daughter into his office, she left. Upon Dr Snyder’s arrival in the room with my daughter, he began to tell my 18yr old daughter that nothing was wrong with her because the biopsy came back negative. When she explained that she never received any test results, he proceeded to tell her that they were sent out 2wks ago, and that she was lying. I was on speakerphone the entire time.

I came straight from ER and wasnt treated as seriously ill patient. Dr assistant after waiting for 45minutes sent me home without letting me see the doctor. She cancelled all my follow ups. Never saw Dr Snyder to get explanation of test results. Had issues after test and wasnt allowed to follow up with doctor. once I saw my medical record they took all information was incorrect. Because of this horrible service I am seeking treatment elsewhere. PATIENT BEWARE.

Dr Snyder is a genuine Doctor who takes the time to make sure he gives the best care possible. He is easy to talk too, very caring and goes above and beyond so I leave with no questions. I would definitely recommend Dr Snyder, you will be extremely satisfied.
