Dr. Rickett is great! He is friendly and considerate, and listens carefully to all my concerns. He informs me of all my options for treating my skin issues, and he helps me decide what treatments are right for me. He puts me at ease, and I know anyone would appreciate having him as their dermatologist.

When I arrived for my follow up appointment yesterday the nurse asked me why I was there. I advised I am not sure Dr said I needed to. She said it was for my rash on my back, and asked if the medication that was prescribed worked. I let her know insurance isn’t covering the medication same as I said the prior visit, yet they keep prescribing the same one rather than switch to one the insurance will approve. She then said maybe it’s for the rosacea. I advised I was never told I had rosacea, and if I knew the visit was for either I wouldn’t have come as I thought it was for cancer screening. Dr came in said same things as the nurse. I advised he never said I have rosacea and he told me he didn’t know what the spots on my face were. He chuckled and agreed. He said to use sunscreen on my face that may help the spots and he would have the nurse give samples. The nurse didn’t give me any samples or schedule my follow up visit in Jan for pre cancer screening, just told me I can go

Getting an appointment as a new patient was quick and easy. Examination and diagnosis was thorough and accurate.
