Dr. Todd Reulbach, MD

I was a little nervous initially but It was a great process . He followed up to check on my son after surgery and was very thorough with explaining what was about to happen before and the end results.

He was wonderful helping me find the answers to my on-going sinus infection. Surgery went well. Dr Reulbach called many times to check on me. Great staff!

May possibly know his area of expertise - still uncertain because we will have to get a second opinion. BUT either way he had a Terrible chair side manner, Arrogant, Condescending, poor listener & rude

He was rude and condescending, and had the biggest god complex I’ve ever seen. I would give him negative stars if I could. If you’re a woman, do not see this doctor. If you’re a person, do not see this doctor. If you’re alive, do not see this doctor.

I agree with others who have reviewed this doctor. I have chronic sinusitis. I have seen other specialists and this diagnosis has been confirmed over the years. My PCP referred me to Dr. Reulbach. He was not on time, and when I saw him he told me I did NOT have sinusitis, and proceeded to show me an X-ray of his son’s sinuses to show me what “real sinusitis “ looks like. He made no recommendations and and ended the appointment. Arrogant and condescending are two of his major personality traits. Find someone else to see.

I didn’t think a “God complex” was a real thing in doctors, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. I’ve never encountered a doctor with a bad attitude before. Dr. Ruehlbach doesn’t listen, is very abrupt, and seems to exhibit no true concern for the patient. I was told there was nothing wrong with me. A week later, a trip to my primary care revealed a sinus and ear infection—the same chronic problem I went to see Dr. Ruehlbach about. There are better ENTs in Charlotte.

Took my daughter for eye exam, he was the worst doctor i have visited in my life time, he was more worried about the insurance, not showing interest in discussing the problem, don't recommend him to anyone.

Wish I had read reviews before I made appointment. I laughed when read the other 1 star reviews as their adjectives describing this doctor were the exact ones I used when I told my husband about my visit. Arrogant, condescending, talks over you, belittling. I never do reviews but this visit really fired me up. I won’t be back.

Dr Reulbach did an exceptional job with my daughters tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. He was very through in explaining the process and his staff was amazing. He followed up multiple times to make sure our 6 years old was healing and to answer any of our concerns. The team at CCENT is highly recommended! Thanks Dr R.

Can’t say enough about Dr Reulbach, even though I was not a patient of his, he fit me into his busy schedule and stayed late to address my rhinitis which was causing constant nose bleeds.

My daughter most recently had Tubes put in along with her Adenoids taken out. From the very beginning we felt very comfortable with Dr. Reulbach and how he intereacted with our baby. During surgery staff made a somewhat nerve racking process very laid back for us. They informed us throughout the surgery of how she was doing and also when the surgery was over. Most surprisingly Dr. Reulbach himself called to check on our little girl the day after, SHOCKED of his extreme kindness. 110% recommend.

Dr. Reulbach and his staff were great. I was nervous before the visit and as soon as I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I've never met a more arrogant, condescending doctor. Told me flat out some of the symptoms I'm having aren't possible, talked over me, and even laughed at some of my questions. I cannot express enough how awful this appointment was. Do yourself a favor and do not see this guy.

Dr R has done a total of 4 surgeries on my our family. He removed my tonsils, my daughter's adenoids, did ear tubes on both kids and removed a cluster of worrisome lymph nodes from my son's neck. Both kids never had another ear issue after tubes. When I had my tonsils removed, I was in a lot of pain. He personally driven to our local cvs to drop off a prescription when their systems were down. He calls after every surgery. He does a great job explaining our options and the surgery procedures.

Dr. Reullbach took great care of my son when he needed to have his tonsils taken out. I would recommend him to any parent who needed an ENT.

Incredibly arrogant with no regard for his patient's time. After waiting over an hour after our appointment time to be seen, Reulbach finally showed up. Then he rudely stepped out to take a phone call during our visit. No acknowledgement of his rudeness or disrespect whatsoever. We will not be going back and I recommend you don't either.

My son has been a patient for a few years now. We have been nothing but happy and satisfied with the care that he has provided.

Dr Reulbach was amazing with my surgery. I highly recommend him!

He was very prompt and effective at helping my elderly father.
