I recently had an upper and lower eyelid surgery. Dr. Rau was professional and detail oriented. The surgical staff was amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. My eyes look great, but natural. Anyone who did not know me before the procedure would know I had surgery, and those who did know continue to tell me how great my eyes look and that they just can't get over the results! I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone considering it and I would also recommend Dr. Rau. I am now preparing for another surgical procedure with Dr. Rau before the end of this year.

I met with Dr Rau for consultation after losing 100 pounds. Everyone in the office was professional, friendly and I never felt that my questions were annoying. I explained that I was interested in getting a tummy tuck for loose skin and also breast augmentation with lift for sagging breasts. He is very detail oriented and explained everything to me! I was nervous as I had never had plastic surgery before, but Dr Rau made me feel like an old friend and I trusted him to do my surgery!! We decided to have them both done at the same time and it was scheduled for January of 2024. The surgery went great and I was so happy with the results! I did develop a type of abscess on my hip where the scar was forming and he drained it in the office and had me come for an appt weekly to make sure it was healing properly!! Everything is now healed and I’m scheduling my next procedure for November 2024 and I can’t wait!! Right now I’m just waiting for summer to show off my new stomach and breasts!!

After researching & consulting with over 10 surgeons. It was the easy choice to have Dr Rau complete my tummy tuck. During my consult I originally was thinking of a breast augmentation as well but after discussing what the best course of action would be I decided on just having a tummy tuck now & will revisit the breast augmentation at a later time. This was one of the major deciding factors as Dr Rau took his time explaining everything & going over every question and concern I had regarding these procedures. He explained everything in such great detail I left the consult with 0 additional questions. The entire office staff is amazing, welcoming & you can feel the care they provide each and every patient & even to my husband who has been by my side in this journey. Fast forward to 9 days post op and I’m still amazed everyday after my procedure how different I feel & look. As I can definitely say my confidence is being restored & I am so thankful for everything

I had a great experience and with Dr Rau. I had many consultations before his and i felt he was the only one who was really listening during my vist. The office staff was also amazing. I called the office several times before i made my decision on a surgeon, with lots of questions and they never made me feel like i was a burden but always encouraged to call back if i ever had anymore questions. I was initially scared to call to make an appointment as I have never had surgery before . Once I gathered up my courage , I was greeted on the phone by a lady Rose who made me feel comfortable and welcome . Upon meeting with Dr Rau, he was very through and friendly . I saw Dr. Rau for a blethoplasty and he was so kind, patient and completely understood my needs. My surgery went so well and the heeling was fabulous. Dr. Rau checked on me the day after my surgery and weekly follow-ups. I got a breast augmentation done last year with Doctor Rau. I was very unhappy with the results. I ended up having lateral displacement of my breast because my pockets were made too big. I recently got them fixed using a different Plastic Surgeon but I ended up paying more than I did for the initial surgery.

Dr. Rau is the most knowledgeable, caring, and conscientious doctors I have ever been to. He has always cared about the outcome of my surgeries as much as I have! Not only did he 'reconstruct' my disastrous body (after losing 260 pounds).... he made me beautiful. He is a gifted ARTIST! I have referred several friends and family members to Dr. Rau and heard nothing but praise! The staff is equally caring and always available to answer questions, calm nerves, and hold your hand.

I went to Dr. Rau back in 2009 for Breast Augmentation, Great Doctor, Wonderful staff, They all made me feel so comfortable. I especially remember a woman named Claire who worked there, She always brought a smile to my face.It really helps when the staff have great personalities, helps stave off the anxiety. I would recommend Dr. Rau to everyone, He is a great Surgeon & also has a Great Bedside manner!!!
