Office staff was pleasant and quick. Dr. Rasner listened to my concerns and was very polite and professional. Had HRT pellet implanted and didn’t feel a thing.

Dr. Rasner put me at ease immediately, explaining the most likely reason causing my concern. He listened, did not rush me and was friendly throughout the session.

I had to switch GYN doctors after being with the same one for over 20 years. Dr. Rasner definitely made me feel comfortable and at home with a new doctor. Great bedside manner, doesn't make you feel like just a number and very concerned about your needs and overall health. I also love the benefit of them doing mammograms and bone density tests right in their offices. I highly recommend Dr. Rasner and his group of doctors.

I made an appointment to discuss certain issues with Dr Rasner. He not only answered all my questions but as usual took is time making sure I knew my options. He doesn't pressure me but makes me comfortable with my decision knowing that he is just a phone call or email away. I never feel rushed or ignored and always leave with all my questions answered. My usual method of contacting him is thru the portal and I usually get an email back within the day. He is very responsive and understanding.

Dr. Rasner has been my GYN doctor for over 10 years. He is very kind and listens when I have female problems. He is busy but never rushes me and spends the time I need to explain everything about my care. I have visited other GYN in the area and did not receive the kind of care Dr. Rasner has provided, I would highly recommend him

I want to start by saying if you're trans, DO NOT GO HERE! The front office staff are helpful and seem to care but the actual doctors are extremely inexperienced. I drove an hour out and waited in their office for about an hour before one of the doctors, not the one I was scheduled with, called me up. He told me Todd Rasner, my original scheduled doctor, "did not want to see me" because he was "uncomfortable with transgender individuals". I was rushed though the "appointment" (if you could even call it that) and had none of my questions answered. I spent a max of ten minutes in the office before he rushed me out and told me to have a nice day. I felt like a freak for going and asking for help. Never going back. Don't waste your time here.

As a working mom I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this practice. Dr. Wilkes delivered my daughter and I was very happy with her which is why I returned when I found out I was pregnant with my son. I am now 30 weeks pregnant and therefore have to be seen every 2 weeks, soon to be every week. The hours this practice offers is NOT accommodating to working moms at all. I spoke With Marsha, the office manager and I was told I “need to be more flexible” when I told her I needed appointments at 3 pm or later ANY day of the week. I am a single mom with very limited time off and the hours of this practice are horrible. As a result of this and the conversation with Marsha, I will not be returning to this office and do not recommend them at all. I am only staying with them through the rest of my pregnancy now for insurance reasons.

This is the most disrespectful and disgusting office staff in this city. If you are a working mother, and a business owner, Don’t go here! I had to reschedule two appointments because of my busy schedule as a mother of three and being a small business owner in the community. I am eight months pregnant and this morning I go to my appointment and I’m told that I was discharged for non compliance. We specifically changed our insurance and had to not only pay a much higher premium, but we had to jump through all kinds of hoops so that we could go to this office because we thought we could trust Dr. Radner, big mistake. Meanwhile, this office has delivered two of my three children and this is how they treat their patients. I am a hard working mother who runs a small business in this community and if I treated my customers this way I would be out of business in a heart beat. If this is how they treat their customers, good riddance! Stay Away From This Office! They are a disgrace!

I recommend Dr Rasner to all my friends looking for a GYN! He is caring and takes the time to get to know you and you can feel comfortable telling him anything! He is one of the great doctors in Jacksonville!

Dr. Rasner is awesome! He listens and sincerely cares about his patients. The office staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Rasner for anyone that wants personal attention and not being treated as just another patient.

Love Dr. Rasner and his staff. He delivered my 2 boys and we moved to Georgia about a year after my second son was born. I travel about 1 hour and 30 minutes because it is worth it. Dr Rasner worked with me and listen to my side when I was having difficult times with my Sugar during both my pregnancies. He took time to personally call me to explain a change in my plan during the tough time. He is very kind and seems to really care for his patients. I would recommend to anyone.

Always very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Takes time with each patient and has a great bedside manner. An amazing doctor!
