I will not forget Todd Conlan for as long as I live and not for good reasons. He does not respect the oath he took care for patients he treats them like they are the problem and they should be in pain. Still dealing with the fallout of him failing to investigate the pain from my pelvic fracture over three years ago.

I was in a terrible accident two years ago. This group addressed and cared for my multiple injuries. I have never met this doctor in follow up but the group has followed my recovery closely. I remember at Mary free bed where I was for sometime after Spectrum ICU that I had multiple providers and staff that were astonished that I was moving my left arm. I can now do most everything with it. Wash my hair, play with the grandkids, and other activities of daily living. I feel so blessed and thankful that this arm is repaired so well. I just wanted to thank you for the excellent surgery that you did. You were my blessing.

My husband broke his ankle while I was out of town. He went to ER and was assigned Dr Todd Conlan. We knew nothing about Dr Conlan until 2 days later when we met in his office. I liked him right away. He spent time with us and wanted to be sure all our questions were answered. After 2 surgeries with Dr Conlan, we are very pleased with him and his office. We've met some great Nurses, PA's, and Medical Assistants working for Dr Conlan. We are pleased with the attention given and questions are answered before we leave office. I would send my family members if needed to Dr Conlan.

Was in a motorcycle crash in 2019. I suffered what they thought was one pelvic fracture but in reality turned out to be three pretty big ones, which I did not find out about until MY LAST APPOINTMENT AND SPOKE WITH HIS PA. It is bad enough that we had to run to downtown Grand Rapids to see this doctor, but when I called him because the pain was immense, he told me to go to Butterworth for another xray "if it hurts that much" and not in a nice way. No one deserves to be treated rudely. This doctor was cold to me and kept me very uninformed. He scolded me for using the walker too long then using a cane too long without giving me a clear timetable of where I was supposed to be.
