Great Orthotics!

Highly Recommend
Dr. Storm and everyone in the office was very helpful. He has removed 2 ingrown toe nails for me and I wish I had done this years ago. I was not rushed and found everyone to be very personable and helpful. The procedure didn't hurt at all.

"When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail." When I went in for post-procedure foot pain, Storm didn't even look at the latest xrays of my foot, only the ones from my surgery 2 years ago. He didn't ask about or acknowledge my current symptoms and he sent me home with no summary of his findings and no instructions on how to care for my foot or alleviate pain. I called back with questions the same day, and though his receptionist promised to pass along my message, no one called me back. Storm's explanations of orthotics and his bedside manner were awful- I got the strong impression that he's not there to "deal" with patients, just to cut on them. If you're surgery-focused instead of care-focused and just want a doctor who's a hammer looking for a nail, Storm is your guy. I won't be going back.

I've been a patient of Dr. Storm's for over a decade. I went to his office when I was in college in Bozeman, and now travel from Butte to see him. He's excellent and highly skilled. He's kind and knowledgeable. He removed my ingrown toenails and made me orthotics that are still working well over 10 years later. Highly recommend!

He removed my ingrown toenail. I barely felt the needle to numb my toe. It was a quick procedure with no pain. I wish I had done it many years ago.

I had severe pain in both feet and was diagnosed with the wonderful Planter Fasciitis. Dr. Storm fitted me with orthotics, which worked great. After a couple of months, Dr. Storm made adjustments to them as my feet healed. But the bigger deal was that I have had ingrown toenails since I was a teenager. I didn't realize that there was a procedure for them, which he explained to me. We made the appointment, did the procedure, and an hour later, I walked out on my new feet.

His office requires proof of insurance before being treated, which is understandable - provided him with Blue Cross proof of insurance. He required 1/2 payment for orthotics up front and 1/2 when they were provided to me. He filed the claim which was denied and that was the end of it for him. He provided no further contact with insurance company to see why it was denied. Held $800 of mine and would not cooperate with the insurance company. .
