Made to wait over 40 minutes
We arrived 20 minutes early and were made to wait over an hour, making us late to pick up our prescription and unable to get medicine that was urgently needed. Super disrespectful of our time and needs as patients.

Dr. Nguyen is great at communicating and was able to go over any concerns we had during our ultrasound visit She was very knowledgeable and had good bedside manner.

Dr. Nguyen provided my husband and I with incorrect information, demonstrating crude and cold bedside manner, and failing to apologize for a mistake her resident made. Also, she abandoned me as a patient, refusing to serve me and my husband and our baby. We can only speculate as to why she discriminated against us. Her approach is not science based and it’s also unkind. I would avoid this doctor if you’re looking for warm, evidence based medicine.

Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and was with us every step of the way during our complicated pregnancy. She helped safely deliver our daughter, and I would and do recommend her to friends and family!

Dr. Nguyen was a great OB/GYN up until the every end when she did not properly inform us of her own procedure for transferring our care to the correct hospital. What's worst is that she refused to speak with us over the phone to clear the misunderstanding and forces us to go with our back up OB/GYN at 37/38 weeks of our pregnancy.
