Unprofessional
If I could give zero rating I would. The front desk the lady that takes care of billing in very rude and condescending. She left me on hold for 30-minutes, while I continued to hold I drove to the office. Only two patients were there and one of them were in the process of leaving. All I wanted was a refill not a lecture. What if this was a medical emergency, I would have died. She very cold and with that attitude people lives should not be placed in her hands.

Deceptive billing, unhelpful staff
Incredibly rude office staff. I received a bill for services I never received, nearly a year after the supposed service. When I called to dispute the bill, the office manager, Maria, was not only obstinately unhelpful, but downright rude and disrespectful.

Dr. Tina Mathew is a great professional. Excellent bedside manners. She is kind caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes time to do a proper evaluation and provide a safe experience. I am so grateful to have her. I recommend her highly to everyone.
