Do not recommend doctor
Dr was unprofessional and immediately confrontational and gave me the feeling I was inconveniencing her. I was referred to this doctor to get a screening for lupus after being sicker than I have ever been for two months. She didn’t even want to hear my symptoms or about my experience. I had recently gotten better after 3 weeks of steroids and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with me after moving my elbow and knees around. It took two months to get an appointment. I got no answers and wasn’t even allowed to ask a full question. I left feeling ignored and confused as my primary care doc told me I did have lupus. I don’t understand why people like this get into the healthcare field and after reading all these similar reviews shame on ARC for continuing to employ someone with no basic decency.

She is a horrible doctor. The receptionist told me she doesn’t do certain testing and instead of advising me to cancel, had me keep the appointment. I was dismissed right away when. Bunch came through the door. No leads. No sympathy. Just “We’ll refund your copay. I don’t test that.” I am glad she didn’t because she is everything a doctor should not be. Also shame on the receptionist for wasting my time.

Underwhelming
Dr. Bunch lived up to the reviews here. Curt, cold, and professionally underwhelming. Probably well-intentioned, but look for someone else.

She failed to listen to my concerns and immediately put me on harsh medication I sought second opinion and older more experienced doctor determined none of what Tina Bunch had prescribed was necessary. Never saw Bunch again. Would NOT recommend this so called doctor to anyone!!!!!!

She missed a diagnosis of incipient PA in my case. I found her to be dismissive and nonchalant, so I never went back after one visit (to be fair, I don't know what a follow-up with her would have produced). Based on this experience and what I've read over time, I believe this doctor is biased against the validity of female patients' conplaints in cases that may not be simple, clear cut, and textbook. In my opinion, she subscribes (even if only on a subconscious level) to the notion that women's symptoms are more likely to be imagined or exaggerated than those of others. A physician with this mindset cannot be an effective practitioner, regardless of their training. A somewhat arrogant demeanor suggests, to me, that she thinks she is above this kind of scrutiny, which is probably why she has a tendency to dismiss things that aren't obvious. I would not recommend her unless she is the only doctor available, and even then, insist on a second opinion if she brushes off your concerns.

She allowed personal preference to overrule professionalism, which just reinforced the feeling I had that she didn't really care about me as a person, I was just another box to check off. I was fine with her just skipping through our visits before, because I was doing fine and just needed prescription refills. However, when I came to her with a serious health concern, she dismissed it. I had to find another doctor to receive treatment for this new diagnosis.

Honestly, literally all of these 1 stars are accurate. Didn't care, I had to email and call multiple times to get any information, and didn't even refer me to a specialist. She has no business being a patient facing doctor

Had me run a bunch of tests for things I didn’t have & didn’t think so. Was very curt & didn’t explain anything to me. Was unprepared at both appts: hadn’t read faxed bloodwork. Called to schedule my 6mo follow up yet had not gone over X-rays & MRI w me. Hadn’t addressed my initial complaints & diagnosed me w fibromyalgia- I burst into tears & she was done & left the room. Seriously the worst experience

I am honestly relieved to see so many other poor reviews. Dr. Bunch is the only rheumatologist I’ve seen and I thought maybe I was just being sensitive. She prescribed me two medications: one that made me too dizzy to drive or function at work, and another with pretty horrific potential side effects that weren’t worth the risk. When I inquired about a different medication that a friend of mine was having luck with, she just brushed it off and said what she prescribed would do just fine. “Take it or don’t.” There’s basically no room for any kind of discussion. You aren’t treated as a person—just a problem that’s solved with a lazy prescription and an offer of expensive, repetitive blood work every time. I feel like I have to work myself up to demand or beg for actual help from her, but I think instead I’ll drive whatever distance it takes to find a new doctor who doesn’t make me feel both small and burdensome when I visit.

Bunch may be intellectually qualified to be a doctor, but she has no business seeing patients. She is rude, dismissive and insulting. She will make you feel like your questions are stupid and that you are wasting her time. She is condescending and will even roll her eyes at you and shrug her shoulders. Worst bedside manner ever! She’s a horrible human being.

Absolutely dismissive and condescending, unempathetic about your condition. Saw her once a week for 3 weeks straight due to chronic pain/fatigue that was getting worse after each appointment. All she did was run blood tests and tell me there was nothing wrong, eventually throwing a Fibromyalgia diagnosis on me and putting me on opiods for the pain. She referred me out to a pain management specialist after I broke down crying and begging her to just help me somehow bc the pain and fatigue was unbearable. She simply said she did all she could and I had no reason to continue seeing her. The pain specialist immediately took me off of opiods, saying that shouldn't have been the first thing she tried, and referred me out to other doctors. Every appt with Dr.Bunch lasted only 10 minutes max and was very difficult to schedule, not nearly worth the specialty care I paid for.

All the one star reviews are accurate. She's impossible to get ahold of i have to message her on my chart and call her office over and over before i can get anywhere with her. She super short and didn't give any recommendations on what I should do to help with my pain or help with my disorder in anyway. It's just take these shots and that's it. No "hey maybe try to eat better" or "you need to start physical therapy" Ridiculous..

Dr. Bunch is obviously a very accomplished, qualified physician. She was incredibly prompt and almost uncomfortably matter-of-fact. However, If you are looking for an empathetic rheumatologist with even a slightly warm demeanor to help you navigate possible underlying health issues without making you feel like you have no business being in this office in the first place, I suggest going elsewhere. Same goes for the (ice cold) women in the lab who did my blood work. Thanks to the front office staff though and the gracious woman who checked us for COVID symptoms before getting on the elevator. Wish she could get my $90 copay.

Awful, My primary care doctor suspected an autoimmune condition and referred me here. 2 tests were run and she stuck me on cancer meds. When there was no improvement after 8 weeks I told here I refused to take any further medications until she could give me some idea of what we were treating. She essentially told me to find a new doctor if I didn't want treatment.

She is easily the worst doctor I've ever seen. 2 to 3 mo to get an appt and she only gives me 5 to 10 min of her time which she spends staring at her screen. She's utterly dismissive, condescending and completly apathetic. So many reviews from other sites also say she doesn't treat patients as individuals making absolutely no effort to learn about our specific backgrounds. Just reading off her screen she said "this is the typical treatment for your condition so that's all I'm gonna do for you"

I placed an appointment 3 weeks ago. They called me today, with only 2 days notice, to cancel because Dr. Bunch does not see anyone with fibromyalgia (by the way, I do not have a diagnosis yet). I’ve been laying at home in pain for 3 weeks. Had I known this doctor would dismiss me based on my bloodwork alone, I would have called a different doctor to schedule an appointment. Thank you for having a complete disregard for my time and health.

I went in Nov. for extensive testing, never received a call about results. Some tests sent to Mayo clinic. left a message a week ago, still no call back. Today I get an email that I have a message in my chart. They didn't even have the courtesy to call to discuss the results that they never told me about in the first place. Dr. Bunch refers patients to her husband, who is also a Dr. His office was completely unprofessional. You can get an appt. with her the quickest for a reason BEWARE!
