She is NOT easy to work with at all and clearly does NOT understand how insurances work as of lately. We tried to explain to her that our insurance got hiked by nearly 450% which was not logical for us to stay with that insurance that year. We got DECLINED when we tried to come back the following year (her "provider" was affordable again) because she was "offended" we picked another primary for our kids the previous year. CHILDISH attitude. We do NOT recommend her or the staff.
