Wonderful doctor & a really great guy!
My family & I have been going to Dr. Wolff for over 20 years (I think). He is a good, very knowledgeable doctor. And, if he's ever in doubt, he will refer you to someone. I've convinced friends & other family members to go to him. I believe in him 100%.

Wife Ruins Entire Practice
Dr. Wolff is probably good doctor, if you can ever actually see him. When calling to schedule an appointment, his wife informs you she collects $140 upfront even if you have insurance, due to past patients not paying bills. As if that isn't offensive enough, their cancellation policy is the most outrageous I've ever heard. If you cancel or need to reschedule an appointment, regardless of how early in advance, you are immediately dropped as a patient with no ability to reschedule. When explaining people who are first responders, police, firefighters, surgeons etc, can be called into work without a moment's notice, she didn't care. She stated, then make better arrangements, as if people in these professions can control when they get called into court, or a fire outbursts, or a patient needs a surgery. Thanks for letting us know your establishment does not value, respect, or support first responders at all. Aside from this, with how rude she is, how does he keep any patient at all?

Dr. Wolff and his staff are the best! Dr. Wolff actually listens and takes time out to address all of your concerns. He has excellent bedside manners and is a very caring and compassionate Doctor. He has been our family doctor for years and years and I wouldn't trust our healthcare to anyone else!

I change physicians last year. Dr. Wolff and his staff are wonderful. I am treated with respect and they listen. His wife and all the nurses are great and help all they can. I would recommend this medical office and staff to any family looking for genuine stellar care!

I have only had a couple of interactions with Dr. Wolff and they were all great interactions. He adjusted my back on one visit and that helped me tremendously. I see Jaime now and she has been really great. The only issues I have ever had were with the staff. Sometimes not the most pleasant of people. I had one encounter with Dr. Wolff's wife some time ago and it was a negative experience for me. I have not had any encounters with her for a couple of years. All that said, I would recommend Jaime and Dr. Wolff to anyone.

Dr Wolff is knowledgeable, however his wife runs the office and she is rude and disrespectful to patients. Also, they will falsify your medical records to cover their butts for things they have done that they shouldn't have. And they are known for prescribing medicines that patients do not need. If you care for your family, then do not take them here.

Dr. Wolff and Jamie are exceptional medical professionals. They truly care about their patients and about their health. Regardless if it has been one week or 6 months between visits, they remember and are interested in whatever you discussed at the previous visit. They are more than doctors, they are concerned friends.

Upon your arrival you're greeted (it's more like scolded) by the receptionist who treats you like an inconvenience rather than a customer. They outsource their billing to a person with an answering machine who doesn't return calls. Unfortunately, it doesn't get any more professional once you enter the exam rooms. In my 60 + years of doctors appointments, the environment at Rock Ridge Family Medicine was the most unprofessional I've experienced. It's not only unacceptable, it's unbelievable.

Dr Wolff and his staff are AMAZING. Jamie is my son’s favorite and it is rare for him to like going to the dr because of his history with allergy shots. They’re great people, down to earth and always able to get you in quickly. Love the office and the facility is super clean. They’ve gone above and beyond for my family, highly recommend!

The receptionist made me feel like I was a criminal. I explained I didn't sign the agreement asking me to pay $25 if I am late because of the type of work I do. She made me feel small by repeating over and over that they couldn't make exceptions just for me. She said even if the fire department is off fighting a fire, they will still charge them a $25 fee for being late. Are you kidding me? No respect for those who are serving our community. More issues but I don't have enough space to list

Dr. Wolff is compassionate and good at what he does, but if his wife, Chris doesn't like you and you have a billing/coding issue or just ask a question, she'll do whatever it takes to get rid of you. Spouses shouldn't manage the office, especially if emotionally unstable and just MEAN. Staff turnover is crazy due to her outbursts. She screams at vendors, staff & patients alike (plus her own child) -- in front of everyone. Walls are paper thin too. PHI is a joke there. UNPROFESSIONAL.

If you are going to be a patient, make sure you leave a credit on your account. My wife was seen several times when we, apparently, had an outstanding balance. I tried to pay it, and I was informed I was fired as a patient. I'm disheartened, and I hope they will begin letting their patients know they have balances due. If letters aren't working, pick up the phone. It's not begging, it's accounts receivable. Oh, and I had the same PCP for 7 years with no issues in OKC.
