I saw him and he seemed to be in a rush. He went through the motions of being polite but I felt like he wasnt really listening to me. He never even addressed what I went in to see him for, and when I tried to ask questions about a lengthy list of procedures he suggested, he seemed annoyed, patronizing, and pushy.

Dr Thompson was a great physician, listened to my concerns and we together found the best treatment for me. Wouldn’t go to ANYONE else!

I had sinus surgery done by Dr. Thompson and my breathing is worse than before. He also forgot to remove a suture in my nose, and blew me off when I told him there was one left in there. I re-scheduled and didn’t have to re-pay, and I begged him to look more thoroughly; he did, and there was a suture that had not dissolved properly. I still can’t breathe and they charged me an astronomical amount because they never checked to see if the Woodall Surgery Center was covered under my insurance.

He is very understanding. He listens and does his best to help you with any problems you are experiencing. I really feel comfortable with his treatment tactics. I will continue to use him as the doctor for my ENT needs. Paula Brewer
