Ignored by the doctor
I have been very sick running very high temperatures. When I contacted the office and left a message stating I needed some lab work to specifically check out my kidney function. The MA got back with be and told me I had a kidney function test in may and it was normal. I know it was normal then but right now I’m not producing very much urine so something needs to be done. She gets back and tells me to leave a urine specimen. It took 4 hours to get about 10ml. I check the next day to find out what the results were and was told they never do UAs because it doesn’t show anything. I dropped that specimen off Tuesday afternoon and still have no results. I did try contacting them around 4PM. I’m not sure if Dr Ruddel is getting any my messages because this was not my impression of him.

He has little respect for his patients or their time. His staff just say we run behind time in this office. The intake person was so rude and disrespectful. She gave an apology with a stone face that did not seem heartfelt. She has obviously had to apologize a lot. You would think they would get tired of apologizing. I waited 2 1/2 hours first time and 1 hour the second time. He did a cystoscope the second time and spent about 1 minute with me. The procedure took less than a minute. I don't understand how he runs behind time, except that he does his surgeries on the same day he sees patients. Someone needs to help him reconsider having his surgery days on days other than days he sees patients. I won't be back, that’s for sure. There are plenty of other urologists.
