Deplorable care
Two of my children saw Dr. Roach in the ED in Nov and Dec of 2024. He attempted to send both of them home with awake O2 sats around 90. Thankfully, other doctors stepped in and my girls were admitted. He was unkind to me in every interaction. His medical assessment was incorrect on 2, possibly 3, occasions and his bedside manner was cruel. I’m hesitant to go back to the Hershey ED because of him. All of the other doctors and professionals at Hershey have been stellar.

Dr. Roach took care of our infant son who was brought into the children's hospital with LVH for infant seizures, he was very kind, non judgmental and understanding of our many questions. He trusted us as the parents and informed us well of procedures and was very kind and understanding of the weight of the situation on us. Under the circumstances, he made the situation more tolerable.
