Dr. Timothy Quillen, MD

These people over book terribly. The doctor is very nice if you get to actually see him. Today I had to walk out because after sitting in a room for 25 minutes by myself I asked if they forgot me, I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, even at 15 minutes per person is an hour plus the 25 minutes of sitting in that room alone. The sad part of all of this is my last visit I sat in that room by myself for 1 and a half hours, when I asked if they forgot me everybody seemed surprised, three to 5 minutes later another doctor came in and told me my PSA was way down and everything was wonderful, I never even got to see my doctor. Now I get a call from them they want me to make this last appointment, I asked why, the lady who called did not know why so I made the appointment. If your to busy to see me please don’t make the appointment or don’t overbook so badly. It’s nice to be busy but this is crazy.

Dr Quinlan is extremely professional and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him. His staff is extremely pleasant as well. The front office lady are always kind and patient. Wonderful team.

Although a long wait, the staff and Dr. Quillen we’re extremely professional and very pleasant!

The staff is a JOKE. Find a different officr

I wish all doctors were like Dr. Quillen! He is compassionate, concerned for patients’ welfare, and extraordinarily efficient and effective. His office staff is as well. Thank God for Dr. Quillen!

Would recommend Dr. Quillen to my family and friends. He is truly wonderful. Can't say enough about him. His front and check out staff are rude. A patient came in 15 min late thought his appt was according to when he showed up. He was told he wouldn't be seen or he would be squeezed in between appts. He told front desk well this makes up for the time I've always had to wait. Front office got rude with him, stating he had an attitude. Not the case at all. The dr was 45 min behind.

I WENT TO DR QUILLEN FOR A 2ND OPINION I WISH I HAD GONE THERE 1ST ! HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMADATING & PROFESSIONAL,I GOT AN APPOINTMENT RATHER QUICKLY CONSIDERING HOW BUSY HE WAS. NOW I KNOW WHY DR. QUILLEN IS AN OLD FASHION TYPE DOCTOR WHO NOT ONLY MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE BUT TOOK THE TIME TO THROUGHLY EXPLAIN MY SYMPTOMS TO ME.I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE LEVEL OF CARE THAT HE & STAFF EXIBIT. HIS OFFICE AND SURGICAL CENTER ARE THE BEST J.AQUINO

Dr. Quillen is a good Dr. and was perfectly satisfactory. What I did not like at all was Atlantic Urology's voice mail. A person should not go a week to get a prescription to get called in to your pharmacy. After calling on Monday and then Wednesday and still not having the script sent in I have decided to try a different urologist. There is no excuse for his offices lack of communication. You can't get anyone in his office to talk to you personally. Very Frustrating
