Patient and paid attention to detail
What stood out about Dr. Otto is he took the time to assess what was going on with my mother. Dr. Otto spoke quickly, however made things happen quickly and took good care of her. Dr. Otto made sure my mother was comfortable, admitted to the hospital, spoke with the medicine team, and didn't send her back home to suffer. There are sick people which Dr. sees daily, yet taking the time to genuinely pay attention to the patient is important to them and the family.Our family thank you Dr. Otto for listening, assessing, and taking great care of our mother.

Dr . Otto saved my leg. He was very kind and professional. Answering every question my daughter had. Went way above to find the resources that were required for proper care. I had 3 hours before amputation required and got me from lansing to bay city in operating room . Thank you Dr Otto

Very caring and clear in explanations.
I’m not sure about the negative review, but we Found him to be extremely patient and clear with his explanations. He was also verbally supportive of his coworkers. So maybe we all have a bad day, but he was the total opposite of the other negative review.

Terrible, and talks poorly to/about co workers
Dr. Otto is loud, unprofessional, rude, and needs to work on bedside manor ..... patients can hear him out at the desk talking poorly to and about his co workers.
