Honestly, calling the office to schedule an appointment is a big problem. I’ve been put on hold for more then 7minutes one day and had to call back. This has happened more then one time. Getting lab/test results is terrible, too. I was also misdiagnosed because the young office assistant doing my test did it wrong. Giving a negative result, that was actually positive. I honestly, do not recommend. The wait times to see the dr. are also very long because of over booking. At least that is what the front desk girl told me.

Michelle is a great patient care coordinator. She helped my dad a lot and got him set up with Assured Home Health and they are taking good care of him. Michelle follows up with my dad to see how he is doing. Michelle does a great job!

I have made multiple visits to this doctor in search of relief from chronic back pain. All I can say is he has no original ideas and he does NOT listen to you as a patient. My gynecologist actually suggested a couple of things I could try and when I mentioned them to him, he stated that was a "good idea". What? On my final visit (not going there again) he was lecturing me about nutrition (I'm not overweight at all) and I finally had to interrupt him. I said, "You know I'm here for a painful back, right?". I really don't think he remembered and apparently didn't look at my chart. Never looked at my back again after the first visit. I had 3 more follow up visits. His follow up after testing is terrible. I had an MRI and he never called with results. I read my own. I would not recommend him ever. The office has a very Med Spa feel with cards where you get bonus points for services. No thanks. I prefer a doc who actually listens to me. I am an RN so I know they exist.

At my annual physical and the 6 mo check up, Dr Tim never touched me...meaning he did not listen to my heart, check to see if the glands in my neck were swollen, did not check my feet and as a diabetic he should be doing this once a year per guidelines. Very disappointed in his lack of care. His MA's are wonderful however the front staff is rude and tends to just talk over you instead of listen to the patient. I have gone elsewhere!!

After my Dr moved out of state I decided to see Dr Tim. I like the holistic approach from a DO. I am a recent transplant pt. I needed a local physician that was closer than Chicago. Dr Mullally was excited to help me. I was even further impressed when Michelle walked into the room and introduced herself. Michelle explained that her role in the practice was a Patient Care Co-Ordinator. I had no idea what her job was, but I quickly learned. There are very few practices that utilize this type of Nurse, I have learned. Michelle follows me wherever I am getting treatment, whether it is in Chicago, a local wound clinic, or as an inpatient in one of many hospitals. Having Michelle as my contact in Dr Mullally's practice is invaluable. I call or e-mail and the response is always rapid and educational. He has a very busy practice, but his scheduling is phenomenal. He always seems to have time to fully explain the answers to my questions no matter how hectic they are.

Dr. Mullally is a great practitioner. His approach to view the issues related to your condition, and then prescribe to the situation based on minimalist healthy choices is awesome. I have been frustrated with the medical community that jumps to the prescription pad as a panacea to all issues. In my case his recommendations allowed me to get my blood pressure under control quickly. And at the point, it was being maintained below most men my age. I am prescription free and feeling great.

My daughter incurred a severe concussion while at cheer camp. I was referred to Dr. Mullally by our pediatrician. I called to schedule an appointment as soon as I received the referral & was seen by Dr. Mullally the next day. He gave us wonderful protocol to follow & explained in depth the severity & chemistry behind concussions. My daughter was able to compete in a national competition 4 weeks after her injury - thanks to Dr. Mullally & his staff. Will be seeing him for all our medical needs.

I can only say 1 bad thing about Dr. Tim Mullally and that is not about him but the long wait time in the waiting room, that being said. He is worth the wait. If he was not busy and could see you ASAP, then he would probably not be a good DR. Just like anything good in life , You get what you wait for, and I am willing to wait for a good Dr. I have seen many Dr.s in my life time and his practice is truly 5 stars. I am lucky to have him and Lisa as my Dr.s. Thank You

The sign in the office reads "sick visits no appointments needed". I walk in sick and I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. This is 8:20 Am they have been open for 20 minutes no one waiting. Receptionist informs me the first dr. can see me is 10:30. I'm in pain and need immediate care. I have to leave and go to st Francis express care. No problem at st. Francis in and out. The dr. Is great. BUT I think his staff and his idea of a sick visit is the problem. Addendum. This doctor violate

Dr Mullally took the time to listen and not just run in the toom and out of the room like most doctors I have been to. I had to wait about 20 minutes but it's worth it to have a dr spend the time with you. He was both informative and kind.

Fantastic family doctor who also provides sports medicine/musculo-skeletal care as well. He has been our family Dr. for about 7 years now and we have always been very happy with his care. He is very friendly and caring, but most importantly he is accurate. He doesn't just immediately start throwing drugs at you or your kids, but will write scripts if its warranted. He really does treat you like a member of his own family.

Takes way to long to get an appointment...2 or more weeks..I guess when you get sick go to Express care.. Dr. Mullally is not a hands on Doctor...I went in with really bad pain, several visits later, he still had not examined me.. Staff doesn't seem to be on the ball...Doctor or Staff does not return calls.. Doctor seems to be very likable..but not very good professionally.
