Dr. Krygsheld and staff have been amazing. I needed surgery as soon as possible. They guided me through the steps, took care of all the insurance issues and followed up with me prior to the surgery. The post op appointments went with out any glitches and so did the surgery. I'm 6 wk. out and feeling great. Thank you to doctor and staff.

Dr. Krygsheld removed a substantial Morton’s neuroma from my foot. He placed the incision in a discreet place on my foot so the scar (which is very small) is barely visible. It’s now comfortable walking and exercising and no pain in that area. Dr. Krygsheld is kind and caring as well. He personally checked up on me post-op and made sure things were healing as expected.

Extremely RUDE and abrasive office staff. I have never experienced such disrespect of a patient. SHAME on them for treating those who are vulnerable with zero respect, decency or empathy...and making it clear the priority is the MONEY to be made and not the welfare of the patient. The doctor also made commitments of the cost of services in a prior appointment then did not follow through in the next appointment and actually alluded we were not being truthful. We WERE being truthful and if the doctor was intentionally denying the commitment or forgot and did not document, DON'T allude that we are liars. Just a total absence of empathy and the one time my mother has been out of her house in months, she left the appointment feeling demeaned and belittled. So disappointed in this office, terrible.

Post operative surgery, six months later, severe pain and the doctor will not attend. The staff refuses to release my records so I may see another doctor. the staff is nasty.

Very professional and explains disease process thoroughly. and answers questions unhurriedly. Convenient because he has Xray right in the clinic and Flouroscope wherein pt can actuallysee the problem with the doctor explaining everything.. Easy to schedule visits, staff are nice and accomodating.
