This man saved my life.
Dr Kelly was there for me when I needed help. I was told I was within 12 hours of leaving this world, and he operated on me gave me another chance. I will never forget his kindness then as well as the follow up visits. He is a man of God and as far as I'm concerned, that plus his skill kept me alive. I saw Dr. Kelly a while ago, but didn’t get a chance to review at the time. His bedside manner is NOT friendly. I had terrible vertigo that came in waves. I lived less than a mile from his office. I drove myself during a clear time, and because of that he would not provide a doctors note for me. Then he proceeded to clean wax out of one of my ears- didn’t ask for that- with an instrument that emitted a high pitch loud noise right beside my ear drum. Brilliant move to be an ear guy and practically deafen your client. I would drive to Charlotte to avoid this doctor. Maeve O’Connor in Charlotte is excellent if she’s still in business- I highly recommend her.

Dr Kelly has seen my mom, granddaughter and myself. He is always friendly, courteous, always explains and answers any questions. Has a great bedside manner. His assistants are great too!

I had three ear surgeries several years ago in Florida that require annual follow-up. I just moved to SC and had my first appointment with Dr. Kelly today. I could not have been more impressed! He was courteous, friendly and professional. He seemed truly interested in my surgical history, asked pertinent questions and explained the procedure he performed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly.

This p o s denied seeing my 6 year old who is having complications after her tonsillectomy. The office staff scheduled the appointment at the wrong location. So instsad of working her in we had to drive an hour away to a different location.

Dr. Kelly flew into the room with a test result diagnosis and recommendation. Strictly business. No compassion. Any input I tried to provide was quickly deemed irrelevant. The diagnosis and recommendation may have been spot-on, and it is probably just my personality, but when I left the appointment I did not feel cared for. I felt dismissed.
